New Year, New You

The New Year is upon us and now is the time when most of us make our resolutions.

Do you want to be healthier? Up your fitness routine? Eliminate stress? Quit smoking? Have a more positive outlook?


They're all admirable goals, but let's be honest, it is HARD to set the foundation to achieve our resolutions. In the beginning of the year, we're excited about our new goal and the steps we plan to take to achieve it, but a month or two into it and that excitement has all but disappeared.
