Microneedling Now Available!

If you've never heard of micro needling your in for a treat! Microneedling, also called Collagen Induction Therapy, is a facial rejuvenation treatment that simulates the body's natural healing process to remodel the skin. It greatly increases the production of collagen and elastin while enhancing the absorption of products like hylaronic acid up to 2000%. This leads to a more even skin tone that appears taut and glowing!

Noticeable Results include:

  • Reduced appearance of fine lines & wrinkles

  • Improved hyperpigmentation and age spots

  • Lessen effects of sun damage

  • Decreased pore size

  • Improved skin texture and elasticity

  • Decreased acne breakouts

  • Diminished scars

The number of treatments needed to see results varies based on your specific skin care goals. Because collagen production diminishes as we get older, we experience sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles and dehydrated skin. Most patients will see benefits within 3 monthly treatments. Depending on desired results and the condition of the skin, more treatments may be needed. The real beauty of microneedling is that your skin will start to increase its own collagen and cellular turnover so that results can be dramatic and long lasting.

NanoNeedling

Nanoneedling is a technique that can be used in between treatments to continue resurfacing the skin and improving its texture. Nanoneedling increases cellular turnover and collagen production as well as product absorption. The microscopic tips target the entire face and are gentle enough to be safe to use around the eyes and lips

To Prepare for Microneedling

Stop the use of the following products one week prior to your appointment.

  • Topical Retinoids

  • Exfoliating Products

  • Topical acids and peels

  • Direct sun exposure

  • Laser treatments

  • Facial waxing

And Wait 2 weeks post Botox and Dermal fillers.

Directly after treatment, you will notice that your skin may feel taut and hot with some redness lasting up to 2 days. After 3 days, skin may peel or flake as cellular turnover increases. Since congested pores have been opened, some breakouts may occur as your skin purges from treatment.

Within a week or two, your skin will be smoother and glowing!!

Follow up treatments should be scheduled monthly for microneedling and weekly for nanoneedling.
